The Booked Work Review

Find out what the unanswered calls are costing you. Free.

A few quick questions, then thirty minutes on the phone. You leave knowing what your missed calls and dead quotes are worth every month, worked out on your own average ticket. No report to wait on, nothing to sit through at the end.

Free. No card, no deposit, no trial that turns into a bill.

What you get

The size of the problem, and an honest answer about whether to do anything about it.

Most owners have never counted the calls that never rang through, because nothing counts them. Voicemail does not keep score and neither does a message service. So the first useful thing anybody can hand you is the size of it.

That is what this is. I take what you tell me about your call volume, your average ticket, and your quotes, and I work out what is falling on the floor every month. Then we talk about whether it is worth fixing right now, at your level, with what you have got.

If the figure is small, or you are not in a position to act on it, I will tell you that on the call rather than sell you something.

How it works

Four minutes of typing, thirty minutes of talking.

1

Answer a few questions

Call volume, average ticket, quotes sent, what happens to a call that comes in after hours or while every line is busy, and what you schedule on. Your best estimate is fine on every one of them.

About four minutes

2

Pick a time

The calendar opens the moment you submit. Nothing to prepare, no reports to pull, no access to hand over.

Right away

3

Get your figure

On the call, not in an email three days later. I show you how it was worked out so you can argue with the inputs if you think they are wrong.

Thirty minutes

4

Decide, one of three ways

Enroll and we get started. Agree on a date to revisit and I reach out then. Or we are done, and you keep what you learned.

End of the call

Where it ends up

Three outcomes, and two of them are not a sale.

Outcome one

Enroll

The figure is big, you want it fixed, and the timing works. We book the build call and set a go-live date. How fast that comes depends on the configuration your business needs, the access we get, carrier registration, and which level you choose.

Outcome two

Follow up

Right problem, wrong month. Busy season, a hire in progress, cash tied up. We set a date and I come back to you then, once.

Outcome three

Disengage

Not a fit, or not worth it at your volume. You keep the figure, I stop contacting you, and neither of us wasted anything but half an hour.

What I will ask

Here is everything I will ask, so nothing on the form is a surprise.

None of this is a trap and none of it is a credit check. Two of these answers do double duty: your average ticket becomes the multiplier in the guarantee if you ever enroll, and your call volume determines when that guarantee attaches.

  • What trade are you in, and is the work residential or commercial?
  • How many field technicians or trucks do you run?
  • Roughly how many inbound calls come in per month?
  • What happens right now to a call that comes in after hours or while every line is busy?
  • What is your average ticket on a service call?
  • Roughly how many quotes go out per month, and who follows them?
  • What do you schedule and dispatch on?
  • What are you spending to make the phone ring in the first place?

What this leads to

If it makes sense, the thing on the other side is the No Call Left Behind AI Phone Employee.

Every inbound call answered on the first ring and booked to your calendar. Urgent calls escalated to whoever is on call, with an acknowledgement timer and an automatic backup. Every customer followed through the confirmation, the reminder, the invoice, the review, and the work they turned down.

$15,000 in booked work in your first ninety days, or your setup investment comes back. It comes in three levels, Standard, Enhanced, and Elite, and which one fits your operation gets worked out on the call against your own numbers.

I am not putting a figure on a web page before I know which level your business actually needs, because that guess would be wrong in one direction or the other and you would be the one paying for it. Here is what I will commit to right now: the call costs nothing, there is nothing to sign at the end of it, and you get the number and the terms on the call itself rather than in a proposal that lands three days later.

Before you fill anything out

Talk to it yourself.

You have just read what it does. This is it answering, live. It will pick up as a service business, so play the customer: something is broken and you want somebody out there. It uses your microphone and takes about two minutes. This is a demonstration, so nothing you say books a real job with a real company.

Now that you have heard what it does, the form below is how you find out what it is worth on your own numbers.

If your browser will not run the demo, or you would rather leave your microphone off, go straight to the form. The review call is the other way to hear it.

Answer these, then pick your time.

What you would be installing

This is an AI phone employee, configured for your business, your service fee, and your rules. It identifies itself appropriately to callers. Urgent calls and anything it is uncertain about follow human escalation rules you approve during the build call.

Your best estimate is good enough on every question. The calendar opens as soon as you submit.

Common questions

Straight answers

Is this actually free, or is there a catch?

Actually free. No card, no deposit, no trial that converts.

You get the figure and you decide what to do with it. If you take it and go fix the problem yourself, that is a fine outcome and it costs you nothing.

How long is the call?

Thirty minutes, and it usually runs shorter. There is no presentation and no deck.

I ask about where you are now and where you are trying to get to, I give you the figure, and we decide together whether this makes sense at your level.

Do I need to pull reports or prepare anything?

No. The form has everything I need and your best estimate is good enough on every question.

I am not auditing your books. I am working out what is falling on the floor and what it is worth.

What if my call volume is too low for this to make sense?

That gets settled on the call. The system works the same at lower volume and it still books work, but the $15,000 guarantee attaches once you reach 100 inbound calls a month.

If you are well under that, I will tell you what to do in the meantime and we can pick this up when you cross it.

Am I going to get chased afterward?

No. The call ends one of three ways and one of them is that we are done.

If you say it is not for you, that is the end of it. If you want to revisit it later, we agree on a date and I reach out then.

Thirty minutes to find out what it is worth.

Free, and you will know on the call whether it is worth doing anything about.
